Dean Chemerinsky Presentation on the U.S. Supreme Court Review was postponed
from November 2, 2007. CLE credit: 0.5 CLE and 0.5 Ethics.
January 18, 2008
Federal Court Practice Seminar (1/2 day). This will be similar to what
the San Antonio Chapter does quarterly as it is now a requirement for
newly admitted attorneys to practice in federal court.
We continue to have Monthly Brown Bag luncheons at no cost and for 1.0
CLE credit. This past October, we had a presentation on the Legal History
of Seminal Cases in Federal Court in El Paso, presented by Leon Shydlower.
