Mr. Sun has experience in the areas of trade secrets and unfair competition, business and health care fraud (civil and criminal), employment, consumer claims, antitrust, premises and product liability, and contract disputes. He has tried cases in areas as varied as health care fraud, product liability/wrongful death, and First Amendment. Mr. Sun also regularly handles civil and criminal appeals in the North Carolina and federal appellate courts. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Law Institute.
