The recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure require counsel to directly address questions relating to the preservation, discoverability, and admissibility of eletronically discoverable information. The practical advice is provided to help counsel better navigate these new requirements in the context of the Rule 2 (f) conference.
