Bridget Montgomery is a member of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, and chair of the Harrisburg office Litigation Group. She handles numerous complex commercial litigation and class action cases before state and federal courts, agencies, and arbitration panels involving contracts, financial transactions, trade secrets, shareholder and partnership disputes, consumer protection, non-competition, statutory claims, and constitutional challenges. She served as President of the Middle District Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, is the Chapter's long time CLE Chair, has chaired the Middle District Lawyers' Advisory Committee, and served on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals' Lawyers' Advisory Committee.
Bridget was a federal law clerk for the United States Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and University of Pennsylvania Law School.
