Hon. Robert Bacharach has been a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Western District of Oklahoma since March 1999. He has served as a vice president of the Tenth Circuit for approximately four years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma City Chapter; he has also served the chapter as president, vice-president, and program chairman. He was nominated by the FBA Nominations and Elections Committee.
