
Richard Dellinger is partner in Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor and Reed, P.A. and his practice includes civil litigation, federal civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, and family law. Mr. Dellinger is the immediate past president of the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Dellinger is part of the Middle District of Florida Historical Society, a member of the Middle District's Bench Bar Committee, and a member of the Middle District's Judicial Relations Committee. Mr. Dellinger serves on the Orange County Legal Aid Society Board of Trustees, the Orange County Bar Foundation Board of Directors, and the Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee. Mr. Dellinger serves by judicial appointment as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney in the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Dellinger is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar and North Carolina Bar Association, but his practice is focused in Florida.
He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Dellinger considers himself a general litigation attorney, handling all types of cases in all courts at all levels. In additional to jury and non-jury trials and discovery leading up to those trials, Mr. Dellinger has also handled contested and uncontested bankruptcy matters, foreclosures, collection of judgments, pursuing title insurance claims, and landlord/tenant matters.
