Many years of membership in the FBA has enriched my professional and personal life. I was privileged to serve the Utah Chapter as a board member, officer, and chapter president. The Utah Chapter has established a tradition of excellence that is a source of great satisfaction to me. In the national organization I have served for years as an appointed member of the National Council, and on many committees including the Governance Review Committee, the Task Force on the Future of the FBA, and the Constitution and Bylaws Review Committee. I have enjoyed regular participation in the annual Chapter Leadership Training Program. In years past I have been humbled by recognition that came in the form of the President’s Award and the Earl W. Kintner Award. Most of all, I count the friendships with wonderful people throughout the country as the most significant value of my association with the FBA.
