As a co-chair for the 2012 Annual Meeting and Convention in San Diego, I had expected 'backstage' access to the prestigious speakers that the FBA lines up for their CLE sessions. What I realized is that every attendee has this special access; the speakers present their information in the CLE sessions, but stay to answer questions and participate in social events with attendees. This networking aspect of the Annual Meeting and Convention is a major reason I encourage my colleagues to attend.Allison Goddard
