Business Divorce: Essentials for Litigating Shareholder Oppression Cases
Maxwell Goss
In a closely held corporation, the holder of a minority interest who is frozen out, denied dividends, or otherwise wrongly treated may have a claim against the majority for shareholder oppression (or, in the case of a limited liability company, member oppression). In this course, Maxwell Goss will provide the essentials for litigating an oppression case. The course will benefit business lawyers and litigators, particularly those representing closely held corporations and companies.
