*Updated materials will be accepted up through the conference date, however, initial materials must be emailed to Caitlin Rider, Conference Manager, by the date above for your presentation to be approved for CLE credit.

REGISTRATION

  • You receive complimentary registration access to the conference processed on your behalf by an FBA staff member. Please provide your contact information via the online speaker form below for registration processing.

CLE MATERIALS

  • All speakers are expected to submit materials so that their panel can be approved for CLE credit.
  • Materials are due Friday, November 22. Submitted materials should prove to state boards that you are improving the attendee’s legal understanding of the topic, and have content that they can reference after the event. A helpful CLE Material Guidelines document is located under resources.
  • Your actual presentation slides can be updated/submitted until the week of the conference.

ROOM SET & AUDIO VISUAL LOGISTICS

  • Panelists will sit at a head table during their presentation. The head table will be equipped with table top microphones and a clicker to advance PPT slides. You do not need to bring your own laptop for presentation purposes. The FBA will provide a presentation laptop for the entire conference.
  • We are capable of playing videos/sound for your presentations, but please let me know when you send your final slides that you will be using sound or playing videos so we can prepare the audio visual technician onsite.

TRAVEL/HOTEL

  • You are responsible for booking your own travel and hotel accommodations for this event. There is no speaker reimbursement policy for this event.
  • Book your room at The Freehand Hotel and use promo code FEDBAR to receive a 10% discount off their lowest available rate. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all individual rooms. This offer will expire on January 21, 2020.

  • In order to process your complimentary registration, ensure your information is correct in all promotional materials, and apply for state CLE credit, we have created an online speaker form for completion – see below.
  • Please complete the online speaker form as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, January 6.
