2017 Tax Law Conference

A new administration will bring a shift in priorities and likely renewed efforts for tax reform. Come examine what the future holds as well as the impact of newly issued regulations and other recent developments in the tax code as you connect with your colleagues and policymakers for a full-day educational forum that examines how the changing tax landscape affects your clients and practice. Join the Federal Bar Association Section on Taxation at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington for the 41st Annual Tax Law Conference. Located just steps from IRS headquarters and the Treasury Department, explore significant tax developments and emerging policy issues in sessions featuring notable speakers from the IRS, Treasury Department, Department of Justice, and Congress, as well as experts from the private sector.  The capstone of the conference is the  presentation of the prestigious Kenneth H. Liles  Award for Distinguished Service, which is awarded to a distinguished tax practitioner. (Ethics, CLE, and CPE credit will be available.)

You can also visit the FBA blog for engaging tax law topic discussions such as the role of tax code considerations in this digital age.
