2019 Annual Meeting and Convention


Join the FBA at its most diverse meeting of the year for 18 CLE sessions on a wide variety of topics, networking with fellow federal practitioners, and FBA business meetings. Held in Tampa, this year's Annual Meeting and Convention is hosted by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the FBA. The convention will feature an offsite reception at the Tampa Bay Aquarium for all attendees and awards luncheons honoring the great work of dedicated practitioners, the Foundation of the FBA and its Fellows, and FBA leaders. The convention will conclude with the Presidential Installation Banquet, at which Christian Adams will be sworn in as the next FBA president. There’s something for everyone at the FBA Annual Meeting and Convention.

Swearing In Ceremony Registration

Attorneys seeking admission to the Eleventh Circuit Bar who wish to participate in the ceremony must include a cover letter with their completed application indicating they wish to be admitted in conjunction with the FBA Convention.  All applications and fees must be submitted no later than Monday, August 26, 2019.  Applications for admission are available on the court's website at http://www.ca11.uscourts.gov/ under the Forms & Information section. Applications without payment will not be processed.
