Jessica Toplin, Chair

Jessica Toplin currently serves as Chair Elect for the Federal Bar Association's Younger Lawyers Division. Jessica assists the FBA YLD with the Summer Law Clerk Program and the Supreme Court Admission Ceremony. Jessica is a Trial Attorney specializing in Government Contracts and Federal Employment Litigation at the Commercial Litigation Branch of the United States Department of Justice located in Washington, DC where she is also a Board Member of the District of Columbia FBA Chapter. Before joining the Department of Justice, Jessica attended the George Washington University obtaining a degree in business administration. Jessica then received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School. After law school, Jessica was a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Adine Momoh, Vice Chair

Adine S. Momoh currently serves as Vice Chair for the Federal Bar Association’s Younger Lawyers Division. Adine serves as the Co-Director of the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition and Chair of the Robyn J. Spalter Outstanding Achievement Award Committee, and assists the FBA YLD with the Summer Law Clerk Program and United States Supreme Court Admissions Ceremony, among many other committees and FBA initiatives. Adine is a partner and trial attorney specializing in complex business and commercial litigation, securities litigation, estates and trusts litigation, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy at the Minneapolis, Minnesota office of the law firm of Stinson Leonard Street LLP. Adine is also a board member of the Minnesota FBA Chapter’s Board of Directors, Vice President of Membership, and a member of the Chapter’s Communications Committee, for which she has written several articles for the Chapter’s nationally recognized and award winning Bar Talk publication. She previously served as Co-Chair of the Chapter's Law School Outreach Committee for several years. Before joining Stinson Leonard, Adine attended the University of St. Thomas, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in business administration-legal studies in business, psychology, and pre-law. Adine then received her law degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. After law school, Adine clerked for the Honorable Jeanne J. Graham of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota
