Membership in the Richmond Chapter is comprised of any active member of the Federal Bar Association who resides or has his or her employment or office in the following counties and independent cities which make up the Richmond Division of the Eastern District of Virginia:
Amelia, Brunswick, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Emporia, Essex, Goochland, Greenville, Hanover, Henrico, Hopewell, King and Queen, King George , King William, Lancaster, Lunenberg, Mecklenburg, Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Nottoway, Petersburg, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George, Richmond, Spotsylvania, Surry, Sussex, Westmoreland
