Join the Admiralty Law Committee of the New Orleans Chapter of the FBA for a one hour CLE on July 18th at noon. Attorneys Matthew Moeller and Jessica Ibert will discuss their different takes on the possible consequences and implications of emerging issues in Maritime law. This program will cover the different standards for Seaman under the FLSA and the Jones Act, the possible expansion of products liability actions in admiralty, and the evolving test for the determination of a maritime contract as well as other emerging issues. A light lunch will be served.
