Membership in the Memphis Mid-South Chapter is comprised of any active member of the Federal Bar Association who resides or has his or her employment or office in the Metropolitan area of Memphis, Tennessee. The U.S. Census Bureau defines this area as the following counties:
Arkansas: Crittenden
Mississippi: DeSoto, Marshall, Tate, Tunica
Tennessee: Fayette, Shelby, Tipton
