The Chapter Activity Fund oversees the distribution of funds to Chapters to develop FBA programs nationally and locally. Five (5) members administer the Fund, two Chapter Presidents appointed by the President and three Vice Presidents for the Circuits appointed by the Vice Presidents for the Circuits Chair.
